This is the general data protection notice of Coach Siitonen in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation, such as the Data Protection Act 1050/2018 in Finland, for the processing of personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data in our operations. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to describe how we collect, process and store personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
This Privacy Statement describes how Coach Siitonen collects, uses, stores and shares personal data. In this privacy statement, we explain how we process your personal data, and by this we mean both existing and potential customers. By personal data, we mean customer data and other data that can be linked to you as a customer.

What personal data do we collect?
Only the information submitted through the contact form or the appointment form is registered through our website. As a rule, Coach Siitonen's customer data is obtained through the online forms on the attractive you server and from the customer at the time of the conclusion of the contract, or when the customer submits a contact request or requests a written offer. Data is also collected through Google analytics tools.

Customer's first and last name, email address and publicly available classification information and information provided by companies or individuals.
Purpose and basis for processing personal data
The register is used in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/1999), for the management and development of customer relations, communication with customers, the provision and invoicing of ordered services, business development and statistical purposes, and electronic marketing using Meta, Google and email marketing tools.
If you do not wish to receive marketing messages based on the information collected from us, you may request to opt-out at any time.
The processing of personal data in the register is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (legitimate interest of the controller) and Article 14 on the processing of personal data. The legitimate interest consists in the performance of the tasks described above.
Disclosures under the data rule
As a rule, personal data are not disclosed, sold or leased to third parties. The data in the customer register are only used by Coach Siitonen. However, the data will not be disclosed outside Coach Siitose or for the use of its partners, except in connection with the viewing, collection or billing of data and for legal obligations. Furthermore, personal data will not be transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area. Exceptions may be made and data will only be disclosed to public authorities if required by law.
Some of the external service or software providers used by Coach Siitonen, such as international cloud services used by the company, may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Coach Siitonen is the data processor of the personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we will ensure through contractual arrangements that the personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise in an appropriate manner. The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register is subject to Coach Siitose internal network user rights.

The stored data can only be accessed by members of Coach Siitonen who are familiar with the GDPR regulation. Only persons employed by the controller who need the data for their tasks have access to the data.
What rights do you have to your data?
Personal data in the customer register is stored for as long as it is needed to manage the customer relationship, develop customer service or as required by law.
In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, data subjects have the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will explain your rights in more detail below.
The data subject has the right to check what data relating to him or her have been recorded in the personal data file. A written request for inspection should be sent from the e-mail address in the register to matti.siitonen@attractiveyou.fi
The data subject has the right to obtain the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data. Correction and deletion of inaccurate or outdated data is done by sending a request to the Data Protection Contact Person.
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data from the register if there is no longer a legitimate basis for continuing to process the data. The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her prior consent to the processing by sending a request to the Data Protection Contact Person.
Data subjects have the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority about the processing of his or her personal data.
We may need to ask you for certain information in order to verify your identity and to ensure that you are entitled to exercise the rights described above.
Requests should be submitted in writing to matti.siitonen@attractiveyou.fi We will process the request for deletion, after which we will either delete the data or provide a reasoned justification why the data cannot be deleted. Please note that the controller may have a legal or other right not to delete the requested data. The controller is obliged to keep the accounting records for the period specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). Therefore, accounting records cannot be deleted before the expiry of this period.
